In person training allows for an unfiltered interaction between athlete and coach. Your results are a product of your environment and at NEXOR we provide the same environment you’d experience at the professional level but with a much more personal approach. Depending on which style of training suits you best, we offer both 1 on 1 and semi-private training. For those just starting out on their training journey, 1 on 1 sessions offer a level of attention second to none. Learning the fundamentals of high performance requires a lot of education and is best achieved in a 1 on 1 setting. For those who have been chasing a higher standard for quite some time, our semi private sessions offer the ability to complete your own individualised program alongside other like-minded athletes.
Just because you're not within travelling distance doesn't mean you have to miss out! We use an app to deliver programs that are specifically designed for you and your sporting goals. Our online package offers daily programming, demonstration videos, feedback and support whenever you need it. We take into account your current training load, lifestyle and the equipment you have access to, to ensure you’re getting the most out of every single one of your sessions. In 2020 NEXOR Sports Performance teamed up with one of Australia’s leading Speed Academies – The Roger Fabri Speed Academy and since then we have worked together with some of Australia’s best athletes. Speed is the most sought after commodity an athlete can attain and an increase in speed means an increase in value. Faster athletes get bigger contracts and we have proved time and time again, that regardless of what level you’re at, you can always get faster!
Successfully returning to sport after an injury requires the perfect blend of both rehabilitation and performance based training. Rehab should be viewed as an opportunity to come back better but many programs lack the performance side of training and often result in players returning to sport in a worse position than before their injury. Working with either a Physiotherapist of your choice or one recommended by myself, we provide an integrated approach to ensure you’re not only returning to sport pain free but also stronger and more powerful than before.
